Avcom SMT, Inc. holds ISO 9001:2008 certification and delivers comprehensive electronic manufacturing services. Its portfolio spans prototype development, printed‑circuit‑board assembly (PCBA) for both through‑hole and surface‑mount technologies, mixed‑technology builds, and rework of finished products, including BGA packages. Soldering and repair operations cover standard surface‑mount components as well as BGA devices. Additional capabilities feature conformal coating of assembled boards, full‑turnkey assembly solutions, and the option to work with customer‑provided parts kits, complemented by functional and in‑circuit testing. Production can be executed through manual hand assembly or automated robotic lines, supporting both low‑volume prototypes and high‑volume runs. Inventory management is facilitated by an MRP tracking and reporting system.
