Atlas Tool & Die Works delivers a comprehensive suite of fabrication solutions that encompass metal stamping, laser and water‑jet cutting, precision machining, and wire EDM operations. Additional capabilities extend to riveting, spot‑welding, adhesive bonding, assembly of screws, nuts and bolts, as well as electrical wiring integration, grinding, turning, CNC machining, heat‑treatment, sharpening, and lapping. Production can be performed on a wide array of substrates, including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, glass, marble, granite, ceramic, various plastics, phenolic resin, laminate wood, and rubber. Wire EDM is employed to fabricate components such as punches, die blocks, stripper plates, punch holders, fixtures, gauges, and keyways. Design work is supported by an internal CAD team that provides both prototyping and high‑volume manufacturing services. The firm also offers bespoke architectural fabrications, creating custom flooring logos, medallions, decorative designs, and border elements.
