Upstream Engineering provides CNC tube‑bending capable of handling tubing with outside diameters from 0.250 to 4.000 in. and pipe from 1.000 to 3.000 in., using centerline‑bend‑radius tooling that accommodates diameters ranging from 1 in. up to 5 in. In addition to bending, it offers a full suite of end‑forming operations—including flaring, expanding, swaging, bead rolling and slotting—along with MIG and TIG welding, deburring, polishing, cold sawing, and an in‑house engineering team that performs reverse‑engineering, prototype development and part design. Materials processed include aluminum, alloy steel, mild steel, Inconel®, brass and stainless steel. Typical applications cover hydraulic tube assemblies, handles, handrails and exhaust‑system components.
