Elan Technology is ISO/TS 16949 and QS 9000 certified and manufactures a broad portfolio of ceramic and glass products, including ceramic components, ceramic powders, glass preforms, glass powders and art glass. Its operational capabilities feature milling and blending stations, storage tanks with a total capacity of up to 12,000 gal for material holding and mixing, and dedicated warehousing. In‑process and post‑process rental services are available, complemented by a complete wastewater‑management system that handles solid separation and pH adjustment. The company’s machining services encompass micro‑grinding of cylindrical and inner diameters, lapping, multi‑spindle and multi‑axis vertical machining, fabricating, spray drying, product‑quality analysis, EDM, lathing, vision inspection and multiple drawing operations. Grinding services are also offered for tool steels, aluminum, carbide and plastics. Its customer base spans the aerospace, defense, microelectronics, health‑care, lighting, automotive, marine systems and telecommunications industries.
