SeaCast, Inc. holds AS9100 and NADCAP certifications and specializes in producing precision investment castings from both ferrous and non‑ferrous alloys, with part weights up to 750 lb. It offers a full suite of secondary processes such as machining, heat treating, straightening, welding and final assembly, and provides comprehensive design and engineering support for customers. Prototype castings can be produced on request, and the facility is equipped for non‑destructive inspection methods including X‑ray, magnetic‑particle and penetrant testing. Technical assistance is available throughout the development cycle. Its customer base spans aerospace, automotive, computer‑hardware, industrial‑gas‑turbine, industrial‑machinery, marine, medical, military/defense and pump industries. Both low‑volume prototypes and high‑volume production runs are supported.
