Transfer Tool Technologies Inc. is ISO 9001:2000 certified and focuses on the design and production of advanced automotive tooling equipment, machinery and dies for a wide variety of applications. Its die offering spans transfer, piercing, automatic, adjustable, bumper, burnishing, carbide, ceramic, chaser, coining, carton, diamond, engraved, forged, honeycomb, gear, extrusion, eyelet, label, lamination, metric, membrane, pelletizing, hot‑stamping, notch, pultrusion, registration, rubber, stainless‑steel, refractory, rotary, serrating, shoe, shear, template, textile, stencil, wax, urethane, injection‑molding and graphite dies. Manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining of workpieces ranging from 630 mm × 800 mm up to 2100 mm × 700 mm, lathe cutting of diameters up to 500 mm with a maximum length between centers of 1000 mm, and milling operations from 914 mm × 406 mm × 556 mm to 1000 mm × 406 mm × 556 mm. The company also provides wire EDM for parts up to 500 mm × 350 mm × 270 mm, surface, cylindrical and jig grinding covering sizes from 305 mm × 152 mm to 1500 mm × 500 mm and diameters up to 450 mm, as well as honing for bore diameters between 4 mm and 30 mm. Additional services comprise band and circular sawing, electronic data interchange using AutoCAD®, and comprehensive inspection procedures.
