Pittsburgh Anodizing delivers anodizing services, offering both milennium softcoat and hardcoat processes that utilize sulfuric acid. It can anodize components up to 10 inches long, 24 inches wide and 39 inches deep. Sealing choices include nickel acetate, deionized water and dichromate. Additional finishing capabilities comprise impregnation of parts up to 48 inches long, 24 inches wide and 42 inches deep, as well as aluminum etching. Order volumes are accommodated from a single piece up to 100,000 units.
