Midbury Industries, Inc. provides plastic injection molding for a broad spectrum of sectors, including automotive, cosmetics, construction, electrical, medical and hardware. Both over‑molding and insert‑molding processes are available, and the facility can handle shot weights of up to 60 oz. A wide range of polymers is supported: ABS, acrylic, acetal, biodegradable and bio‑renewable resins, elastomers, polyesters, nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, as well as specialty grades such as NAS (acrylic copolymer), SAN (styrene acrylonitrile copolymer), STYROLUX (styrene‑butadiene block copolymer) and NORYL. Customers may order prototype runs, short‑run batches or full‑scale production. Ancillary capabilities include part decorating, mechanical assembly, hot stamping, heat sealing, ultrasonic welding, fulfillment and packaging. The operation holds FDA approval, UL listing and offers just‑in‑time delivery.
