Mercury EPM, a Division of Mercury Marine functions as a contract manufacturer specializing in surface‑mount and thru‑hole electronic assemblies, injection‑molded plastic components, electrical coils, membrane switches, and electromechanical sub‑assemblies. Its electronic product portfolio comprises control modules, voltage regulators, ignition triggers, sensors, membrane switches, as well as RF transmitters and receivers. Injection‑molding capacity spans shot weights from three to seventy ounces and press tonnage from seventy‑five to three‑hundred tons, with secondary machining, printing, finishing and final assembly offered as part of the service suite.
