Leech Carbide specializes in producing tungsten‑carbide components and offers a full suite of custom manufacturing options. It supplies 100 mm‑square blocks that may be delivered with or without EDM‑drilled holes, with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm up to 30 mm. In addition to standard blocks, the firm fabricates tungsten‑carbide woodworking tips, as well as bespoke tools and dies for a variety of applications. Customers can also request custom‑made carbide preforms or finished parts, leveraging the firm’s capabilities in CNC milling and turning, isostatic pressing, furnace sintering, brazing, and both wire and sinker EDM. Post‑processing includes laser engraving, polishing, and a range of grinding services—square, form, surface, as well as internal and external diameter grinding. The job‑shop operation supports multiple grades of tungsten carbide and a selection of steel alloys.
