RAM operates as a custom manufacturer, fabricator, and polisher of metal tubing designed for both sanitary and decorative uses. Its sanitary tube finishing program is capable of achieving Ra 32, Ra 20 and Ra 10 surface finishes that meet EP/BPE approval. Tubing for sanitary applications is offered in outside diameters ranging from 4 inches to 10 inches and can be supplied in lengths up to 20 ft. Materials include stainless steel and every pipe schedule, with extra‑strong grades also available. For decorative projects, the firm can polish tubing to sanitary and pharmaceutical specifications from #3 through #6, prepare surfaces for electropolishing, and apply grit finishes spanning grit 80 to grit 320. Fabrication services encompass TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum and bronze, followed by weld grinding. Additional capabilities feature CNC plasma cutting, shearing, press‑brake forming, punching and roll forming, as well as hand polishing to a #4 satin finish. Metal cutting is performed on stock from ¼ in. to 6 in. thick and lengths from ½ in. to 144 in. Drilling and tapping are also provided.
