MW Powder Coating delivers full‑service powder‑coating capabilities that can accommodate components up to 44 inches wide, 78 inches high, and 20 feet long. It is equipped to finish both ferrous and non‑ferrous materials, including mild, tool and sheet steel as well as aluminum wire, tubing, extrusions, weldments and die‑cast parts. A diverse inventory of powders is maintained, covering epoxy, polyester, epoxy‑polyester hybrids, polyurethane, TGIC, FDA‑approved formulations, anti‑microbial blends, thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, and UV‑resistant options. Line speeds are adjustable from 0 to 16 feet per minute, and the average cycle time from load to unload is roughly 150 minutes. Color changes are completed in about ten minutes for manual spray booths and fifteen to twenty minutes for automatic booths. Additional services include special packing, labeling, bar‑coding, custom masking, drop‑shipping, EDI integration, in‑house tooling and racking, precise color matching, and prototyping.
