Atlee produces both standard and custom electronic hardware and power‑distribution systems. Its product line includes bus bars, component holders, clips, and printed‑circuit‑board (PCB) card guides, with EMI/RFI shields that can be engineered to meet specific customer requirements. At the PCB level, the firm offers single‑layer and two‑layer bus bars that may be laminated with Nomex® or Tedlar® and finished with epoxy or powder coatings; these bus bars also support hardware insertion. PCB holders and card guides are designed for welding or riveting installation, providing secure PCB retention under shock and vibration conditions. Component holders and clips feature a special contour that allows a tighter fit to components during dynamic loads and are supplied in spring steel, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, brass, and anodized aluminum. Surface treatments include cadmium, silver, zinc, tin, nickel, electroless nickel, and black‑matte plating, while finish options encompass clear or golden cadmium chromate, nickel, silver, silver rhodium, hot tin dip, electro tin, and tarnish‑resistant silver. All component holders and clips comply with Military specifications and NAS requirements.
