It produces custom metal stampings, heavy‑gauge stampings and blankings, delivering parts that range in thickness from 0.020 in. to 0.625 in. and can be fabricated in dimensions up to 72 in. The material portfolio includes carbon steel, high‑strength steel, stainless steel, aluminum, coated steel and a variety of other metals. Equipped with a fleet of 45 presses spanning 100‑ton to 1,500‑ton capacities, the operation handles orders from single‑piece prototypes through to high‑volume production runs. A core competency is serving as a backup source for customers’ existing stampings, supporting plant‑assisted production requirements and providing continuity during equipment failures. Value‑added capabilities comprise tool and die design and construction, part assembly, secondary operations and washing services.
