Meva Manufacturing, Inc. delivers precision‑fabrication solutions that encompass laser cutting, welding, and powder‑coating operations. Its core competency lies in turning carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and extruded metal into finished parts and assemblies, managing the process from initial design through to final delivery. Engineering and design support are provided on a project‑by‑project basis to meet specific client requirements. Production takes place in a 40,000‑square‑foot manufacturing plant complemented by an 18,000‑square‑foot powder‑coating suite. Laser and plasma cutting services are offered to original‑equipment‑manufacturers, custom fabricators and contract customers, with capabilities for aluminum, steel and stainless‑steel workpieces. The shop utilizes CO₂, Nd:YAG and nitrogen laser sources, as well as three‑axis laser and three‑axis CNC plasma machines, to satisfy a broad spectrum of cutting demands. Welding is performed using MIG, spot and TIG processes. The firm also provides consulting, design assistance, prototyping and research‑and‑development support. Its powder‑coating line treats both ferrous and non‑ferrous substrates for interior and exterior applications, employing a portfolio of chemistries that includes epoxy, hybrid, urethane, polyester and TGIC‑polyester formulations, available in solid and metallic hues. Punching operations are carried out with both CNC and manual equipment, accommodating a wide variety of product geometries and material types. Bending and roll‑forming capabilities serve multiple industries, handling aluminum, brass, bronze and numerous steel grades; press‑brake widths range from 80 in. to 120 in., with a maximum rolling thickness of 10 gauge. The equipment can produce bends up to 180 degrees while maintaining a tolerance of ±0.010 in. Finally, the organization offers custom and OEM assembly services to sectors that include building and construction, medical equipment, and marine applications.
