Arbor Metals LP. functions as a processor and stocked metal service center, handling every grade and thickness of stainless‑steel and aluminum strip and coil. Its capabilities extend to titanium, nickel alloys, copper, brass, beryllium copper and phosphor bronze, all of which can be processed in‑house. Precision slitting is performed without tension or shims, covering widths from .080 in. to 24 in., while master coils may be produced up to 60 in. wide. Edge‑conditioning options include a No. 1 skived full‑round edge, a No. 3 slit edge and a No. 5 deburred rolled edge. The inventory comprises stainless‑steel 300‑400 series and aluminum grades 1400, 3105, 5005 and 5052. Production equipment features nine slitters, three traverse winders and two edging lines. An on‑site laboratory conducts chemical testing, and the plant offers metal stamping and drawing services for material thicknesses ranging from .002 in. to .188 in. The operation is guided by a zero‑defect manufacturing philosophy.
