Orbel Corp. produces both stocked and engineered precision components, catering to a broad spectrum of industries. Its inventory includes surface‑mount and through‑hole EMI/RFI shielding solutions, beryllium‑copper finger gaskets, and metalized fabric gaskets, while bespoke parts are also fabricated on request. In‑house job‑shop capabilities encompass electroplating of metal foils, photo‑etching, high‑accuracy metal stamping, and both vacuum and fixture heat‑treat processes. Materials routinely processed are beryllium copper, stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze and a range of copper alloys. Photo‑etching operations can handle metal thicknesses from 0.0007 in. to 0.032 in., and stamping services are available for thin‑strip stock within the same thickness envelope (0.002 in. to 0.032 in.). Foils are produced in thicknesses between 0.0007 in. (0.0178 mm) and 0.0084 in. (0.2134 mm), with widths ranging from 1 in. (25 mm) up to 26 in. (2134 mm).
