Qualicast Corp. operates as an ISO 9001‑certified manufacturer and importer, offering both sand‑cast and centrifugal‑cast components with a total capacity exceeding 100 tons. Its in‑house machining department can take parts from the rough‑casting stage through to final finish, eliminating the need for external processing. Centrifugal castings are produced in a range of alloys—including bronze, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and iron—up to 40 000 lb. Horizontally cast tubes and rolls can be fabricated to lengths of 180 inches and diameters of 40 inches, while vertically poured castings are available in diameters up to 240 inches and lengths up to 100 inches. Sand‑cast offerings cover ductile and gray iron as well as stainless, alloy and carbon steels, with finished weights also surpassing 100 tons and the same rough‑to‑finish machining capability. The firm casts high‑nickel alloys such as Invar® and Inconel® and refractory steels in plate form, handling loads up to 18 tons. For rolling‑mill applications, double‑poured cast work and backup rolls are produced up to 250 tons for both hot and cold steel and aluminum mills, and the facility can accommodate single‑piece orders through full production runs.
