U.S. Valve, LLC produces both standard and custom check valves as well as ball valves. Its check‑valve portfolio includes flanged, wafer, grooved‑end, hinged double‑disc, male NPT, plain‑end, metal‑hinge, deep‑well configurations and ball‑type units. Products are offered in a range of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, forged aluminum, forged brass and forged stainless steel. Seal media can be selected from Buna‑N, EPDM, Viton®, silicone or PTFE, while wing pins and fasteners are fabricated from 316 stainless steel. Valves compliant with API 6D and API 594 are supplied, and testing conforms to API 598. The firm provides design engineering, inspection and testing services, and the majority of valves are available for immediate shipment from inventory.
