IKER Manufacturing specializes in producing prototypes, machine components and fixtures. It works with a broad palette of materials such as ferrous and non‑ferrous metals, various plastics, composite laminates, mold and die blanks, as well as high‑temperature alloys. Its manufacturing suite comprises CNC milling and turning, wire EDM and small‑hole EDM capable of tolerances to 0.004 in., rapid‑prototype machining, drilling, dimensional inspection, band and circular saws, cold and mitre sawing, surface preparation, finishing operations, grinding, deburring, dipping, coating, and electronic data interchange. Design files can be imported in IGS, DXF, SolidWorks and STEP formats. The company supplies customers in the medical‑OEM, aerospace, defense, hydraulics and electronics sectors.
