Champion Laser provides custom laser‑cutting solutions that accommodate a broad range of material thicknesses. It can process mild steel from 0.002 in. to 0.375 in., stainless steel from 0.001 in. to 0.125 in., and aluminum or galvanized substrates up to 0.125 in. In addition, the service covers brass, bronze, various composites, copper, gasket material, Lexan®, Plexiglass®, spring steel, tool steel and wood. All cuts are held to a tolerance of ±0.004 in., and the shop accepts design files in DXF, DWG, CDL and IGES formats.
