PTI Engineered Plastics provides end‑to‑end plastic injection molding, covering everything from initial design through full‑scale production. It serves a broad spectrum of sectors, including medical, automotive, defense, aerospace, electronics and consumer‑product markets. While capable of both low‑ and high‑volume runs, the firm is especially adept at producing low‑volume, highly complex molded components. All molding, assembly, secondary operations and packaging are performed within an ISO Class 8 cleanroom. A dedicated high‑temperature molding cell handles short‑ to medium‑run orders ranging from roughly 5,000 to 150,000 units. The organization also delivers comprehensive validation and quality services, encompassing IQ, OQ, PQ and PPAP. Additional value‑added offerings comprise assembly, laser marking, pad printing, insert molding, soft‑touch over‑molding, as well as managed processes such as painting and EMI/RFI shielding.
