Tsune America, LLC offers CNC‑controlled sawing solutions for both ferrous and non‑ferrous metalwork, complemented by circular‑tipped blades, conveyors, staging tables, bundle loaders and exit‑sorting equipment. Its cold‑saw product line for ferrous alloys accommodates blade diameters from 0.375 in. up to 10.25 in., while the non‑ferrous range covers 0.375 in. to 6 in. High‑precision models are available with diameters between 0.1 in. and 1.6 in. For material sizes between 2.5 in. and 7 in., the machines are equipped with full incline magazines, automatic loaders, auto‑sorting chutes and chip augers. Units designed for 8.0 in. and 10.25 in. diameter workpieces are delivered without a magazine. Additionally, electronic oil‑mist collection systems, magazine‑feeding staging tables and optional bundle loaders can be specified on any machine handling material up to 5.1 in. in diameter.
