Rotary Service Company operates as both manufacturer and distributor of a comprehensive range of new and pre‑owned rotary components, including standard seals, Kevlar® seal systems, pinions, main gears, trunnions, thrust idlers, tires, trunnion assemblies and other drivetrain parts. In addition to new inventory, a selection of used equipment is offered for immediate deployment. Field‑service capabilities encompass repair and grinding of rotary kilns and dryers, tire and trunnion grinding, shell maintenance, tire‑support refurbishment, and both hot and cold alignment procedures. Core technical capacities cover engineering, procurement, installation and start‑up support, enabling turnkey project delivery. Supplementary services comprise plant evaluations, non‑destructive testing, project management, emergency shutdown repairs, preparation of budgetary estimates, acquisition of used machinery, preventative maintenance programs and a 24‑hour emergency response capability. All field maintenance work and replacement parts are provided with a one‑year warranty.
