Custom Alloy Corp. produces pipe fittings and near‑net‑shape forgings such as flanges, cones, stepped shafts, tees and a wide variety of other profiles. The company works with carbon steel, stainless steel, a range of alloys, aluminum, copper alloys, nickel alloys and iron‑base alloys. Its manufacturing suite comprises CNC milling and turning, drilling, tapping, testing, heat‑treating processes including normalizing, austenitizing, annealing, tempering, aging, as well as water and polymer quenching. Products serve the oilfield sector, power generation, defense and nuclear programs, electronics and general industrial applications. All output complies with MIL‑I‑45208A, ANSI N45.2, ANSI NQA‑1 and CSA B51 Appendix H specifications.
