O'Hare Metal Products provides sheet‑metal fabrication for sectors such as electronics, telecommunications, transportation, gaming, medical, construction, renewable‑energy and healthcare. The shop processes aluminum, brass, copper, mild steel, stainless steel as well as hot‑ and cold‑rolled steel. Its manufacturing suite includes CNC machining, milling, turning, stamping, punching, tapping, laser cutting, forming and bending, complemented by resistance, spot, robotic, stud, MIG and TIG welding. Customers can obtain prototypes or production runs ranging from short batches to high‑volume orders. Design, engineering, inspection and testing are offered as ancillary services, and the company supports JIT delivery and Kanban manufacturing
