Polyfoam LLC designs, engineers and manufactures expanded polystyrene (EPS) and a range of other foam materials. The product portfolio spans insulated containers, protective packaging, material‑handling components, insulation solutions, safety helmets, and specialty packaging for food and pharmaceuticals, as well as items for construction, displays, toys, crafts, and marine applications. Polyfoam serves customers in the medical, packaging, electronics, appliance, construction, specialty‑food, consumer‑goods, display, marine and automotive sectors. A line of insulated containers and protective‑packaging products is kept in inventory for immediate shipment. The company offers end‑to‑end services that include design, engineering, prototyping, testing and order fulfillment. EPS waste is reclaimed through an in‑house recycling program. Testing capabilities are supported by an ISTA‑certified laboratory. Polyfoam operates under an ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.
