Advanced Sealing International (ASI) designs and produces both standard and custom reciprocally balanced mechanical seals. Its portfolio includes stationary cartridge‑mounted seals, dual stationary cartridge‑mounted seals, dual rotary cartridge‑mounted seals, dual pumping cartridge‑mounted seals, as well as single‑inside and single‑outside mechanical seals for a broad range of sealing applications. The pump seals are engineered for vertical installations and gas‑pressurized barrier‑fluid systems; they can be supplied with hydraulic balance, a drive mechanism that ensures precise alignment, isolated multiple springs, and metal‑encased seal faces. Rotary shaft seals offered by ASI are canister‑type double seals featuring reciprocally balanced seal faces and are targeted toward hot polymer, pre‑polymer, monomer, and plastics processing. Applications for the pump seals cover slurry pumps, mixers, and agitators. Seal face materials are limited to carbon graphite and silicon carbide. In addition to product supply, ASI provides seal reliability testing, failure analysis, repair services, and optional seal‑swap programs.
