Metalcraft Services of Tampa, LLC designs and fabricates custom pressure vessels, filters, gas heat exchangers, agitators, tanks, evaporators, coolers, condensers, heaters and mist eliminators. The product line also includes cloth‑spray headers, converter baskets, fittings, platforms, walkways, skids, rotating car frames, reactors, columns and piping assemblies. Manufacturing capabilities span forming, vertical milling, turning, radial‑arm drilling, water‑jet cutting, shearing, sawing and welding processes such as MIG, TIG and submerged‑arc. The shop works with stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel and nickel‑based alloys. In addition to fabrication, Metalcraft provides 3‑D modeling and a suite of secondary tests including ultrasonic thickness measurement, magnetic‑particle, liquid‑penetrant and pneumatic leak testing. Welding operations are performed in accordance with ASME standards. Clients are drawn from chemical processing, entertainment, energy, transportation, water‑treatment and construction sectors.
