Benton Foundry, Inc. manufactures custom gray, ductile and austempered ductile iron castings and provides a range of secondary processes such as grinding, heat treating, painting, assembly and shot blasting. The plant is equipped to run prototype production batches. Its casting capabilities are applied to cylinder liners, vibration-dampening structural machine components, valves, flanges, diesel and gasoline engine blocks, and pipe fittings. Benton Foundry supplies the agriculture, food service, power generation, marine, railroad, construction, mining and oil and gas industries. Design files in AutoCAD or SolidWorks format are accepted, and all products meet ASTM and SAE standards.
