Plymouth Foundry, Inc. manufactures custom green‑sand castings and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. The product portfolio includes castings made from austenitic ductile iron, gray iron, standard ductile iron and a high‑silicon, high‑molybdenum ductile alloy. In addition to casting, the firm provides a full suite of downstream services such as assembly, E‑coating, heat treating, layout, machining, painting, pattern repair, mounting, gating and rigging. It supports prototype development as well as low‑ to medium‑volume and short‑ to medium‑length production runs. The castings are suitable for architectural elements, engine components, pumps, automotive parts, compressors, gears, hydraulic assemblies, crankshafts, impellers and valves. Plymouth Foundry serves customers in the agricultural, appliance, building and construction, electrical, energy, HVAC, marine, medical, military and railroad sectors. All products comply with Mil‑Spec, ANSI, ASME and ASTM standards.
