Cretex Specialty Products manufactures internal and external manhole chimney seals designed to prevent wet‑weather inflow and infiltration in sanitary sewer manholes. The mechanical seals are reusable and can be installed directly by the customer. In addition to chimney seals, the product line includes lid gaskets, vent and pick‑hole plugs, HDPE inflow dishes, internal and external joint seals, and a recently introduced lightweight manhole grade‑adjustment ring system. The company offers these components in round, square and rectangular configurations to accommodate storm‑inlet applications. Cretex continues to serve both manhole rehabilitation projects and new‑construction installations, and maintains active participation in industry groups such as NASSCO, WEF, APWA, NASTT, ASCE, as well as various state and local associations.
