Pyramid Incorporated manufactures polyurethane‑elastomer endless‑stretch belts that serve low‑ and fractional‑horsepower drive applications. The product line is engineered to preserve the required elasticity of the system, thereby removing the need for separate tensioning devices and providing inherent vibration‑dampening characteristics. The belts exhibit resistance to oils, greases, fuels and ozone, extending their service life in harsh environments. Round‑type belts are available with a cross‑section ranging from 0.062 in. to 0.562 in., while flat belts can be supplied with thicknesses between 0.020 in. and 0.187 in. and widths up to 1.500 in. The belts operate effectively in ambient temperatures from approximately –10 °F to +150 °F. Pyramid Incorporated’s production processes are certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
