Diversified Structural Composites manufactures custom pultruded composite products such as profiles, rods, tubes and specialty shapes. The catalog also includes bridge decks, delineators, sheet pilings, soundwalls, backboards, arrow shafts, kite sticks, bow limbs, stiffeners, micro rods and panels. Micro rods are offered in diameters as small as .011 in., while panels can be produced up to a weight of 250 lb. The material portfolio spans fiberglass, carbon, S‑glass, aramid, quartz and ceramic fibers, paired with polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and urethane resins. Production capabilities cover pultrusion of wall thicknesses from .020 in. to multiple‑hollow configurations using mandrels, plus machining, thermoplastic coating, assembly, braiding, and spooling of coils up to 0.5 in. diameter and 25 000 ft length, followed by painting and shipping. Markets served include consumer, aerospace, infrastructure, medical and electrical sectors.
