Calibrated Instrument provides high‑precision gas analytical, calibration, flow measurement and control instrumentation, offering both standard and custom‑built units. The product line includes air, gas and liquid collection containers together with a full range of sampling devices and accessories. Applications span sampling, flow measurement, analysis, testing and calibration for chemical, petroleum and other industrial processes, pilot‑plant operations, quality‑control programs, environmental monitoring, stack sampling, FCC testing and training, industrial hygiene, calibration and test standards, laboratory work and research. Gas analyzers are marketed under the MikroGas® and UltraGas® brands and are capable of detecting H₂S, Cl, NH₃, SO₂, SO₃, HCl and additional gases. Dilution systems bearing the Wosthoff™ name deliver accuracies of 0.1 % or better, while Digamix® mixing pumps support gas forwarding, mixing and sampling functions. Flow measurement solutions feature Ritter™ gas meters, including the Series‑TG wet‑test models and Series‑BG dry‑test models, each achieving accuracies of 0.2 % or better.
