Company record
Research Tool & Die provides marine‑grade electrical systems hardware, producing a full range of wireways—from major and intermediate sizes to local configurations—along with stuffing tubes, electrical boxes and covers, light supports, EMI bonding components, pipe and ventilation supports, assorted accessories, and cable trays. The company also executes heavy‑metal stamping operations capable of handling loads from 60 to 250 tons, employing deep‑drawing and multi‑stage progressive die techniques. Secondary processes such as welding, tapping, deburring and final assembly are performed in‑house, and all parts can receive powder‑coat finishes that meet Mil‑Spec requirements. A six‑stage washer equipped with an automated conveyor accommodates long‑run processing, while the internal CAD, engineering and CNC tool rooms support design and tooling development.
