Advanced Poly-Packaging, Inc. designs and manufactures bagging machines and poly bags for a broad spectrum of bagging applications. The product line includes standard tabletop, vertical and horizontal production baggers, each of which can be customized to meet specific operational requirements. Available machine options comprise vibratory parts counters, infeed and takeaway conveyors, check‑weigh or net‑weigh scales, and inline thermal‑transfer printers. Further enhancements may feature partition tables, load or support shelves, accumulating and diverting stations, insert or counting funnels, light safety curtains, barcode verifiers, bag‑opening devices, bag deflators, spare‑parts kits, flat/trim seal assemblies, as well as sensors for bag‑out and bag‑open detection. In addition to equipment, Advanced Poly‑Packaging, Inc. produces pre‑opened poly bags on rolls. While a stock inventory of bags is kept, the majority of products are custom‑fabricated with printed graphics and functional features such as hang holes, pin or vent holes, perforations, reinforced headers, and specialty films. All engineering, manufacturing, repair, rebuilding and refurbishment activities are performed at the company’s headquarters, and the organization operates under ISO 9001 certification.
