Smart Design manufactures core slitters, rewind slitters and converting slitters that transform master logs as large as 98 inches long and 16 inches in diameter into smaller rolls of any width or length. The equipment handles a broad spectrum of materials, including premask (transfer tape), vinyl, reflective films, magnetic media, adhesive tapes, various fabrics and plastics. The product line comprises twenty distinct types and models of rewind and circular‑blade slitters. In addition, Smart Design offers a foam slitter capable of processing logs up to 48 inches in diameter and 72 inches wide.
