Coverflex Manufacturing, Inc. designs and produces flexible, removable and reusable insulation solutions, including blankets, covers and enclosures. The products combine either fiberglass or closed‑cell foam cores with silicone or PTFE liners, and they are machine‑stitched using Kevlar® or PTFE‑coated fiberglass thread. Standard enclosures are rated for a maximum exposure temperature of 550 °F (288 °C), while alternative material selections can extend the limit to 2 300 °F. In addition to product fabrication, Coverflex offers installation services for its insulation systems. These solutions serve the oil and natural‑gas sector, marine applications, power generation, turbines, instrumentation and injection‑molding operations, addressing needs such as heat‑loss reduction, freeze protection, sound attenuation and worker safety. The line includes covers and enclosures sized for pipes, flanges, pumps, valves, platform piping, tubing, skids, exhaust systems and other equipment, each shipped with a stainless‑steel identification tag.
