Passaic County Welders provides carbon, stainless steel and aluminum plate and sheet metal fabrication, complemented by an extensive range of processes that include blast cleaning, sand and shot blasting, finishing, painting, polishing, metal forming, laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC punching, plate rolling, shearing, and welding methods such as plate, arc, heli‑arc, submerged arc and stud welding. The facility is capable of shearing plates from 10 ft to 20 ft in length with thicknesses between 1⁄8 in and 1⁄2 in; plate rolling handles material lengths of 4 ft to 10 ft and thicknesses from 5⁄16 in to 1 in; plasma cutting accommodates panels up to 10 ft × 20 ft; blast cleaning services cover areas as large as 20 ft × 30 ft; and sandblasting can treat surfaces up to 20 ft wide, 30 ft deep and 20 ft high. The company serves clients in the power generation, machine‑building, construction, food‑processing, architectural, pharmaceutical and broader manufacturing sectors. Passaic County Welders is certified to AWS D1.1 standards.
