TRC Circuits, Inc. manufactures custom printed circuit boards and holds ISO 9001:2000 certification while being woman‑owned. The product line spans single‑sided, double‑sided and multi‑layer constructions ranging from one to sixteen layers. Customers can select from a variety of laminate materials, including FR4, FR406, PTFE, Rogers®, G‑Tek®, CAF® and polyimide, and choose surface finishes such as hot‑air solder leveling, immersion tin, immersion gold, immersion silver, gold plating and organic coatings. The firm supports both prototype orders and high‑volume production, offering services that cover CAD/CAM design, design‑rule and manufacturability checks, scanning and replication, bare‑board testing, scoring, non‑conductive routing and panelization of PCBs. All boards meet UL® listing requirements and comply with RoHS directives, and the operation does not impose minimum order quantities.
