Rolled Composites, Inc. designs and produces custom composite tubular structures and specialty antenna products. The firm maintains an extensive stock of mandrels, enabling the fabrication of straight or tapered tubes ranging from 0.125 in. to 20 in. in diameter and up to 20 ft in length. Customers can also request non‑standard tapers and unique cross‑sectional shapes. Rolled Composites, Inc. offers table‑rolled prepreg tubing built from a broad selection of reinforcement fibers—such as E‑glass, carbon and Kevlar®—combined with resin systems that include polyester, vinylester and epoxy formulations. Finished surfaces are available in sanded or unsanded conditions, with options for clear gloss, high‑gloss, matte, painted or pigmented finishes.
