Deaton Manufacturing Systems, LLC delivers custom precision sheet‑metal fabrication, machining, and frame‑building solutions. The operation adheres to ISO 9001:2008 standards and offers a full suite of capabilities that begins with flat‑pattern layout and CAD engineering, followed by precision shearing, CNC sheet‑metal punching and stamping, as well as laser, thick plasma and water‑jet cutting. Metal forming is supported through CNC press‑brake operations and NC tube‑bending—both mandrel and non‑mandrel—on round, rectangular and square tubes, enabling the production of high‑accuracy frames and integrated assemblies. In addition, the shop provides both CNC and manual machining services. Welding capacity includes GTAW and GMAW certified TIG and MIG processes, allowing unlimited production runs—from prototype to high‑volume short and long runs—across a material portfolio that comprises aluminum, brass, bronze, beryllium, copper, titanium, cold‑rolled carbon steel, spring steel and stainless steel. Deaton serves customers throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
