Clayborn Lab manufactures electrical‑resistance heat tape featuring a thermally conductive adhesive that delivers efficient heat transfer to temperatures of 500 °F. The company stocks bulk rolls for immediate shipment and also fabricates custom‑length heaters with leads built to order. In addition, Clayborn Lab produces Hot Tube M, electrically heated tubing and hoses, and offers heat‑tracing solutions ranging from 1/8 to 1 3/4 in. OD for single or multiple tubes constructed from nylon, PTFE, aluminum, stainless steel, or copper. Products can be configured for AC or DC operation up to 480 V and may include thermostats, thermocouples, insulation, scuff coat, terminations and end fittings, all engineered to customer specifications and delivered within ten days.
