MAE‑Eitel, Inc. designs and builds custom hydraulic and mechanical straightening presses for a wide range of industrial applications. Its product line spans fully automatic straightening presses, automatic mechanical models, C‑frame configurations, semi‑automatic units, manual presses, and automatic roll‑type straighteners. The company’s engineering capabilities cover straightening of armature shafts, camshafts, drive shafts, both round and square axles, axle housings, pinion gears, steering racks, tubing, rods, flat and bar stock, as well as tooling, forgings and steel castings. In addition, MAE‑Eitel offers machine retooling, upgrades and retrofits to extend equipment life and performance. Optional features include the QASS crack detection system, a flaw detection system, automatic tooling changeover, central cleaning stations, part‑marking systems, gantry interfacing, secondary‑hand control and pneumatic clamping. All straightening presses are supplied with either a one‑year or two‑year warranty.
