Cast Corporation provides precision CNC machining, including vertical and horizontal milling, turning, and casting, using iron, steel and aluminum. It manufactures permanent molds, disamatic and wood patterns, matchplates, core boxes, red boards and related tooling. Additional services encompass inventory management, assembly, product development, reverse engineering and metal finishing. Both prototype parts and production runs from low to high volume are supported. Capabilities address components for power generation, electric motors, pumps, fire suppression equipment and valves, and Cast Corporation serves the mining, heavy equipment and recreational sectors. CAD/CAM files are accepted for all projects.
