TI Automotive designs and manufactures custom fuel storage, delivery and HVAC fluid‑carrying systems for automotive applications worldwide. The product portfolio includes blow‑molded plastic fuel tanks, fuel‑delivery module assemblies, turbine and gerotor pumps, electronic control modules, air‑conditioning module assemblies, as well as steel and aluminum accumulators and unitized receiver dryers. Additional offerings comprise coupled tubes, TOC line assemblies, engine push‑rods and heater underbody assemblies equipped with sleeves. The company’s fuel‑delivery capabilities address tank storage vessels and potential permeation paths, while fuel‑system validation is performed through both micro‑ and macro‑scale testing. Fuel pump products are produced to OEM quality standards and conform to OEM specifications, with just‑in‑time delivery options available. In‑house testing utilizes state‑of‑the‑art equipment calibrated to NIST standards. TI Automotive’s quality system is certified to ISO 9000, QS 9000, VDA 6.1, EAQF, TS16949, LEV II and PZEV, and its tubing meets SAE J525, SAE J526, SAE J356A, ASTM A269, ASTM A268 and other automotive industry standards.
