Custom Production Grinding LLC offers CNC, semi‑automatic and universal grinding solutions, covering outer‑diameter, inner‑diameter, Blanchard, double‑disk surface, centerless thru‑feed and in‑feed operations, with additional honing capabilities. The shop processes aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel®, copper, brass, acetal, nylon and Torlon® and also provides precision hard‑turning services. Customers can obtain prototypes, short runs or high‑volume production from the same line. The facility is equipped to handle cylindrical components such as ball valves, bushings, shafts, spindles, spools, stems, crankshafts, rolls, yokes and wire forms. Industries served include automotive, agricultural, construction, OEM, food, hydraulic, garden, marine, mining, oil and gas, packaging, printing and transportation. The operation is Six Sigma certified.
