Cincinnati Control Dynamics Inc. (CCDI) designs and manufactures both standard and custom non‑destructive air‑flow test equipment, including test stands and comparators for aircraft and turbine engines. The product line also features air‑flow testing fixtures, molded gaskets, O‑rings, sonic and ASME‑rated nozzles, orifice plates, and a full range of replacement parts. CCDI’s capabilities span the entire product development cycle: from design and prototyping through production and final assembly. The company employs 3‑axis and 4‑axis CNC machining, precision and manual lathe work, drilling, pressing, cutting, polishing, surface grinding, sanding, buffing, blast peening, deburring, and shaking operations. Additional processes include MIG welding, fabrication, table and band sawing, hydraulic iron work, shearing, rolling, bending, degreasing, as well as data conversion, statistical analysis, airflow measurement and calibration.
