Middleton Machining delivers precision CNC machining on 3‑, 4‑ and 5‑axis horizontal and vertical machines, handling complex components for a range of applications. The shop processes aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, carbon steel and engineered plastics, offering drilling, milling, boring, broaching, reaming, turning, tapping and threading operations. In addition to machining, Middleton Machining provides contract assembly, kitting and order fulfillment, supporting prototype development, high‑volume production and short‑to‑long run orders. The facility also offers secondary services such as CMM inspection, reverse engineering, painting, plating, powder coating and silk screening. Customers in the medical, electrical, scientific and performance‑racing sectors are served, and the company accepts CAM and SolidWorks® files for production.
